Position - Chef
Experience 3 + years in a busy kitchen.
Able to work unsupervised
Create dishes from fresh ingredients ( NO frozen foods used )
Create imaginative daily specials
Have a flair for presenting food in an attractive way
Be passionate about creating great meals and not treat the position
as just a job

No split shifts, unless preferred
5 day week (generally 36-46hrs per week)
Initially 3 weeks paid holidays, rising to 4 weeks
Restaurant closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years day.
General Work in a modern, large kitchen.

Position Bar person ( min. age 18 years) Full/Part time
Experience Not essential, as full training will be given.
Must be clean and smart, no visible tattoos or piercings

Various shifts available from 1 shift to 6 per week
Monday to Friday - 6.00/6.60pm to finish (usually no later than 10pm)
Saturday - 11.00am to 5pm & 5pm to finish (usually no later than 10pm)
Sunday - 11.00am to 4pm & 4pm to finish (usually no later than 9pm)
